Prior to beginning services, please contact your provider to verify your plan’s mental health benefits. Below is a list of helpful questions when contacting your provider:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it?
• Do I have a co-pay?
• Does my plan limit the number of sessions I can have per calendar year? If so, what is my limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

I accept all major credit cards, HSA, cash, or check.

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel 24 hours prior to your session. If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment time, or do not cancel 24 hours prior to your session, you may be charged the full rate of the session.
