Hello! I’m Olivia Bacca-Haupt and I am the owner of Roots of Integrity Counseling, LLC. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Missouri. I have completed 3 years of training in Somatic Experiencing and am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP). Through my practice, I enjoy working with clients from a variety of life experiences. I specialize in the treatment of trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, attachment wounds, the LGBTQIA+ community, the college student population, and relationship concerns. Developing a supportive, therapeutic relationship and providing a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel safe, heard, validated, and empowered to engage in personal exploration and process current and past challenges is of utmost importance to me. 

I believe in a collaborative approach to therapy, where clients are encouraged to find their voice, be vulnerable and curious, live in their integrity, and to be unapologetically and authentically themselves. While you will be the one doing the work, I will be here supporting you every step of the way. I fully believe all humans have everything we need inside of us to heal and move forward from painful past experiences. Clients can expect me to show up authentically and empathically, to challenge them in compassionate and supportive ways, and to provide hope in some of the most challenging moments. I use my professional and personal experiences, along with excitement, motivation, and a sense of humor, to connect with clients.

Prior to entering into the mental health field, I had the privilege of working in Higher Education at a variety of institutions. During my journey in Higher Ed., I served in the following roles: Residence Director, Coordinator for Behavioral Health and Wellness, Coordinator for Student Advocacy and Assistance, Assistant Director of Student Conduct and Deputy Title IX Coordinator. My time in Higher Ed. was a formative experience for me, and one that continues to be an influence in the way I connect and interact with clients.
